We are looking for a Technical Lead to run delivery end to end on products we build for clients in Switzerland, the UK and the US — the architecture, the team and the client relationship.

What you'll own

- Delivery. Scope, estimates, sequencing and the commitment date. When it slips, you know first and the client hears it from you.
- Your team. Their code reviews, their growth, their standards — and the honest conversation when someone isn't meeting the bar.
- The client relationship. Requirements, status, escalations. You are the person they call.
- Technical quality. Design reviews, architecture decisions within your project, and the discipline that keeps a codebase workable at month twelve.

What we're looking for

Must have:

- 6–9 years building web applications,



with deep strength in at least one of: React / Next.js with Node, or Python backend
- You have led engineers — 4 or more, directly, with responsibility for their delivery and not just their code
- Direct client experience. You have run requirement calls, status updates and difficult conversations yourself
- Delivery ownership. You have carried a date and been accountable for it
- Able to work onsite in Coimbatore

Strongly preferred:

- Cloud — AWS or Azure, deployed and running in production
- AI / LLM features shipped into a production application — agentic workflows, RAG, tool calling
- Genuinely full-stack: comfortable on both sides

Valuable to have:

- React Native
- Salesforce
- Experience working onsite at a client location, in India or abroad
