Job Overview We are seeking a Sales & Technical Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience in the power sector. The role involves supporting sales teams with technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, handling customer queries, troubleshooting, and providing post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare technical proposals, datasheets, and documentation.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal teams.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and support revenue growth.
- Conduct post-sales reviews and gather customer feedback.




- Maintain customer information using CRM tools such as Zoho.
- Stay updated on power-sector products, trends, and competitors.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in the power sector.
- Knowledge of energy, power transmission, generation, or distribution.
- Strong communication, presentation, troubleshooting, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Work Schedule
- 6 days from office
- 2nd & 4th Saturdays off
- 1st & 3rd Saturdays half-day
- Interview: 2 virtual technical rounds
