Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation programs across ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB workstreams.
- Own technical solutioning, platform configuration, and governance for ServiceNow modules and scripted components.
- Manage team execution, delivery timelines, and coordination across implementation and support activities.
- Drive integrations, migrations, and MID Server connectivity for automated discovery across enterprise environments.
- Oversee CMDB administration, data quality, and alignment to CSDM standards.

Skills Required:

- 10-13 years of overall experience, including 6-7 years in ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM/CMDB implementations and 5+ years in team lead or people management roles.




- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform delivery, including ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB implementations.
- Deep platform knowledge across scripting, configuration, and core ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
- Experience with scalable enterprise implementations, discovery, service mapping, event management, and asset management processes.
- Practical experience with integrations, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server setup for connected enterprise systems.

Valuable to Have:
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification, CAD certification, and broader delivery management experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree.
