About the Role

We are looking for experienced Technical, Delivery, Engineering, Program, and Business Leaders who have successfully led complex product development and production programs in Automotive, Defense, Aerospace, SpaceTech, Embedded Systems, Electronics, and Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) domains.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of technical depth, execution excellence, leadership capability, and AI readiness—driving innovation while delivering production-scale programs with complete ownership of quality, cost, schedule, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead architecture, design, development, validation, and production deployment of complex embedded and software-intensive systems.
- Drive engineering excellence across Automotive, Defense Electronics, Avionics, Space Systems, Robotics, Drone Technologies, ADAS, Autonomous Systems, and Digital Engineering domains.
- Build and mentor high-performance engineering teams.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices across the product development lifecycle.

Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end program delivery including planning, execution, risk management, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams across hardware, software, systems engineering, verification, and production functions.
- Manage large customer engagements and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure successful transition from development to production programs.

Business & Organizational Leadership
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives, capability building, and business expansion.




- Drive customer acquisition, delivery excellence, and profitability.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, Defense organizations, and SpaceTech customers.
- Support organizational transformation through AI-led engineering practices.

AI Readiness (Mandatory)
- Understanding of AI/ML applications in engineering.
- Experience using AI-assisted development, testing, validation, analytics, or productivity tools.
- Ability to drive AI transformation initiatives within engineering teams.
- Solid willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI technologies.
