Job Description Insight Global is seeking an IT Procurement Analyst to support strategic technology sourcing and procurement activities across our client's India operations. This individual will partner closely with IT leadership, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive sourcing strategies and manage the procurement of technology products and services. They will be responsible for taking ownership of the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, leading RFI/RFP initiatives from project kickoff through supplier onboarding and contract execution. They will conduct stakeholder discovery sessions, define sourcing requirements and procurement strategies, identify and qualify suppliers, coordinate NDA execution, manage proposal distribution and collection, facilitate supplier evaluations, perform commercial and pricing analyses, and lead vendor negotiations. They will also be responsible for managing supplier relationships, supporting contract renewals and commercial discussions, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and governance standards, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. They will work closely with both local India stakeholders and global procurement teams to align supplier strategies, optimize vendor performance, and deliver value across technology procurement initiatives. Skills and Requirements - 5-10 years of experience in IT Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Technology Category Management. - Proven experience leading end-to-end RFI/RFP processes, including requirements gathering, vendor identification, proposal evaluation, negotiations, contract execution, and supplier onboarding. - Robust contract management experience, including commercial negotiations, contract structuring, renewals, and risk mitigation. - Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing methodologies, supplier management, category strategy development, and procurement governance. - Experience procuring IT software, hardware, SaaS solutions, telecommunications, cloud services, and professional services from local and global suppliers. - Deep understanding of the India technology supplier market and procurement landscape. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across IT, Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, and business leadership teams. - Experience driving supplier performance, cost optimization initiatives, and sourcing strategies that align with business objectives. - Proficiency with procurement and sourcing platforms such as Coupa, SAP SRM, Ariba, or similar tools. -Prior experience supporting procurement activities for a FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company
