Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer(Ruby on Rails) with 5+ years of experience. The candidate should have experience in building scalable, user-focused features and maintaining high-performance platforms. They must also be proficient with Sidekiq, RSpec, Jest, Git, Docker, and contemporary CI/CD tools. They should bring strong problem-solving skills, write clean, reliable code, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.n
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the full stackn
- Manage framework upgrades, dependencies, and overall application healthn
- Work effectively with data storage systems such as PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and Amazon S3n
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issuesn
- Help maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automationn
- Write unit, integration, and regression tests to ensure code reliabilityn




- Ensure delivered features meet business requirements and technical specificationsn
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremoniesn
- Communicate effectively within a distributed team using tools such as Slack, Zoom, and JIRA.n
