nCandidates with a consulting background and experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders will be preferred. Success in this role requires structured thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and compelling storytelling skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and minimal guidance will be a key success factor.

nThis is a research- and strategy-driven role, not an L&D; or training position. It functions as a dynamic partner to leadership (similar to a quasi–Chief of Staff role), with a fluid and evolving scope rather than a fixed mandate.

- 7+ years of relevant experiencen
- Background in research firms, consulting organizations, or technology companiesn
- Exposure to large-scale technology environments is a plusn
- Strong depth in AI, data, and cloud ecosystemsn
- Excellent research, analytical, and synthesis skillsn
- Experience working with or presenting to senior leadership (CXO-level preferred)n
