POSITION OVERVIEW
Amerit Consulting is seeking an experienced

Senior IT Support / System Administrator

to support approximately 30 users across our India and US operations.

LOCATION
Chandigarh, India (Hybrid / Primarily Remote)
Office located in

IT Park, Kishangarh, Chandigarh
Work Schedule:

Overnight shift aligned with

US Pacific Time (California)

with some flexibility across US time zones.

This position combines

Tier 1/2 IT Support, Microsoft 365 Administration, Systems Administration, Endpoint Management, and Cybersecurity . The ideal candidate is technically strong, customer-focused, security-conscious, and comfortable supporting US-based users through phone, email, and remote troubleshooting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Support & Help Desk
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees across India and the United States
Manage the IT Help Desk and ensure timely ticket resolution
Troubleshoot Windows desktops, software, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and peripherals
Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and end-user training
