We are looking for an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant based in Bangalore to join our international team and take on a predominantly delivery-focused recruitment role covering the APAC market .
This is an excellent opportunity for an established technology recruiter who enjoys identifying, engaging, and delivering high-quality talent while working on challenging mandates across multiple markets and technology disciplines.
The role will initially focus heavily on APAC recruitment , with the opportunity to expand into European and US markets as your experience and performance develop.
The Role
As a Technology Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our established teams and clients to deliver high-calibre technology talent across the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end candidate delivery across Technology and Fintech recruitment mandates.
- Sourcing, identifying, screening, and qualifying technology professionals across APAC.
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with candidates and developing long-term talent networks.
- Working closely with consultants and clients to understand role requirements and deliver against hiring objectives.
- Conducting targeted market research, talent mapping, and candidate identification.
