nWe are looking for an Application Support Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust application support background, good communication skills, and a basic understanding of domains, DNS, SSL certificates, access management, security, and compliance.
n

nThe role involves managing and supporting technical requests, identifying potential risks, coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
n

nKey Responsibilities
n

n- Provide application support and manage assigned service requests and issues.
n- Review requests carefully to ensure all required information is accurate and complete.
n- Work on requests related to domain names, DNS, SSL certificates, renewals, and certificate expirations.
n- Monitor and identify risks related to certificate expiration and potential service impact.




n- Validate domain ownership and identify access, security, and compliance-related risks.
n- Ensure requests are processed in accordance with established processes and security guidelines.
n- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and requests.
n- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of requests, changes, and resolutions.
n- Proactively identify potential issues and escalate risks when required.
n- Share knowledge with team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.
n- Use Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Word for communication, tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
n- Adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes as required.

nKey Skills Required

n- 2–5 years of experience in Application Support / Technical Support / IT Operations / Production Support.
