you take ownership where standard processes end: solving complex issues, driving automation, and leading global rollouts in a highly dynamic production setting.

- Act as escalation point for issues beyond SOPsn
- Troubleshoot complex system, integration, and data challengesn
- Factory Enablementn
- Support and optimize operations across ~50 production sitesn
- Manage high-impact change requests with global stakeholdersn
- Global Rolloutsn
- Support and lead OT system rollouts and deployments worldwiden
- Drive implementation directly in real production environmentsn
- Automation & Continuous Improvementn
- Automate repetitive SOP-driven tasksn
- Build scripts, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and stabilityn
- Hands-on Executionn
- Work directly with shopfloor systems and technologiesn
- Bridge the gap between concept and real
