Job Description
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Creator/Editor to manage and grow our presence across multiple social media platforms.
nLocations: New Town, Kolkata (Near Nazrul Tirtha)
nFresh graduates are welcome and will be preferred.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.n
- Edit videos for long-form content, Reels, Shorts and other social media formats.n
- Create engaging and platform-specific content from raw footage.n
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.n
- Write and optimize titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags and other content elements.n
- Create or manage thumbnails and basic social media creatives.n
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms and new features.n
- Analyze performance metrics such as views, reach, CTR, engagement, watch time and retention.n
- Identify high-performing content and develop strategies to improve future performance.n
- Research trending topics and suggest new content ideas and formats.n




- Repurpose content across different platforms to maximize reach.n
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity and content quality.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- Video editing experience is mandatory.n
- Valuable understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.n
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and content growth strategies.n
- Good understanding of audience retention, engagement and analytics.n
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar editing tools.n
- Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop for thumbnails and creatives is an advantage.n
- Strong communication, creativity and storytelling skills.n
- A good sense of aesthetics, trends and visual storytelling.n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of content performance.n
