nKey Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.n
- Troubleshoot and resolve networking-related issues.n
- Diagnose basic TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and connectivity problems.n




- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution.n
- Maintain accurate incident and service request records.n
- Deliver timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction.n
