Key Responsibilities :

n1. Recommendation Systems

- Design and optimize personalized recommendation engines (collaborative filtering, content-based, hybrid models)n
- Build real-time and batch recommendation pipelines for playlists, songs, and content discoveryn
- Improve CTR, session time, and content consumption through personalizationn

n2. Search & Ranking
n
- n
- Develop and enhance search relevance and ranking algorithmsn
- Work on query understanding, typo correction, intent detection, and semantic search etcn
- Optimize search-to-play conversion and reduce zero-result scenariosn

n3. Predictive Modelling
n
- n
- Build models for Churn prediction, User lifetime value (LTV), Conversion propensity, Cohort Managementn
- Drive proactive interventions using predictionsn

n4. Experimentation & Optimization
n
- n
- Design and run A/B tests and multivariate experimentsn
- Measure impact using key metricsn
- Translate data insights into product and growth strategiesn

n5. Data & ML Infrastructure

- Work with large-scale datasets to build scalable ML pipelinesn
- Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize modelsn
- Monitor model performance and continuously iteraten

nRequired Qualifications

- 7+ years of work experience with Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related fieldn
- Hands-on experience with Recommendation systems, Search ranking (Elasticsearch, vector search, embeddings)n
- Predictive modeling techniquesn
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Statistics & probability, Feature engineering & model evaluationn
- Solid proficiency in Python & SQLn
- Experience with data visualization toolsn
- Experience with SQL and large-scale data systems (BigQuery, Spark, etc.)n
- Familiarity with real-time data processingn
- Exposure to MLOps and deployment pipelinesn
