Experience

- 7+ years of IT experience in enterprise or shared services environments.
n
- 3+ years of experience managing SSL/TLS certificates and certificate lifecycle including experience with OpenSSL, Certbot, ACME, CSR generation, and key management is mandatory.
n
- 5+ years of experience in directory services and hybrid identity architecture.
n
- 5+ years of service management or coordination experience.
n
- Robust knowledge of PKI, DNS architecture, and certificate technologies is mandatory.
n
- Experience with Certificate Lifecycle tools such as Sectigo (SCM) is desirable.
n
- Experience managing advanced certificate use cases (code signing, device certificates, SAML, client authentication)
n
- Experience with DNS management including domain lifecycle activities is mandatory.
n
- Knowledge of DNSSEC is an advantage.
n
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Python) is preferred.
n
- Experience with APIs and automation integration.
n
- Experience with Power BI or reporting tools is a plus.
n
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
n
- Proven track record delivering IT services and projects.
