nWe’re looking for a hands-on Webflow Developer & CRO Specialist to own and scale our enterprise website, improve site performance, and drive higher demo conversions.
n

nKey Responsibilities:
n

nBuild & maintain scalable, responsive Webflow websites using Client-First / Relume
nWork with HTML, CSS & JavaScript for custom integrations and interactions
nPlan and execute A/B tests & CRO experiments
nOptimize demo funnels, user journeys and conversion drop-offs
nManage Webflow CMS and modular landing pages
nImprove Core Web Vitals, SEO, GTM & GA4 tracking




nUse tools like VWO/Optimizely, Hotjar/MS Clarity & PageSpeed
n

nWhat We’re Looking For:
n✅ Advanced Webflow expertise
n✅ Strong B2B SaaS CRO experience
n✅ Webflow CMS + custom JavaScript
n✅ Figma-to-Webflow execution
n✅ Solid understanding of performance & responsive design
