nWe are looking for a skilled Workday Finance Functional Consultant to provide expert guidance and implementation support for Workday Finance and Workday Adaptive Planning solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes, configure Workday solutions to meet their needs, and ensure smooth deployment.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation:n
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial operations.n
- Provide strategic advice on optimizing financial processes using Workday Finance and Workday Adaptive Planning.n
- Solution Design & Configuration:n
- Design and configure Workday Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.n
- Implement and configure Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis capabilities.n

nStakeholder Management:

- n
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase,



maintaining explicit and effective communication.n
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.n

nDocumentation & Training:
n
- n
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including configuration guides, training materials, and user manuals.n
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the system.n

nRequired Skills & Experience:

- n
- 3-8+ years of experience with Workday Financen
- Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planningn
- Experience with Workday implementations and enhancementsn
- Workday Finance certificationn
- Deep understanding of financial processes and best practices in Workday Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reportingn
- Expertise in configuring business processes and reportsn
