- Architecture & Systems Design - Design and own scalable, low-latency backend services from the ground up for various Financial Instruments. Make deliberate tradeoffs between performance, reliability, and speed of delivery.n
- Technical Leadership - Set engineering standards, conduct design reviews, and raise the technical bar across the team - in code, architecture, and process.n
- Execution - Drive projects end-to-end with a bias for speed. Run quick experiments with product and design, then scale what works.n
- Engineering Culture - Mentor engineers, build a culture of ownership, and make the team around you better.n
