nRoles and Responsibilities

- Maintain Content Filtering / Proxy configurationsn
- Implement, Test and Validate Content Filtering configuration changes.n
- Perform testing of necessary web filtering policies.n
- Provide web filtering reports when requested through Service Managementn
- Submit Service Management requests for blacklisting/ whitelisting or modifying web filtering policies.n
- Processes request(s) tickets that are assigned to the content filtering support groups in Service Management.n
- Resolve incident ticket(s)
to restore service within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).n
- Work on action tasks for Problem Management process.n
- Implement configuration and system changes following Service Management change management process.n
- Provide and maintain documentation for Web content filtering services.n
- Manage the Zscaler Internet Access minor and major patches by working closely with Zscaler team who will be applying patches on Zscaler cloud based ZIA, ZPAn
- Daily review of Client ZPA dashboardn
- Review Dashboard for errors and issuesn
- Log tickets for unexpected errors as they may be symptoms of larger errors (i.e. a server is down)n
- Provide checks in dashboard to monitor for discovered serversn
- Ensure log are forwarded to Client SIEMn
- Monitor for unexpected blocks and errorsn
- Monitor for connector usage (500mps/connector)n
- Review access related tickets from end usersn
