- Experience in decision-making processes during incident response, investigation, recovery, and restoration to normal operations.n
- Experience in working in SLA based and 24/7 support model.n
- Major incident management in SLA based 24/7 support model.n
- Perform PIR for every MI.n
- Drive bridge calls with different stakeholders towards MI resolution.n
- Drive stand up call with customer based on the status of last MIs.n
- Proper handover and take over notes update with the incoming and outgoing shifts.n
