Job Description
Define and continuously refine the company's equity story, linking strategy, financial performance and growth outlook, ensuring consistency across all investor communications. Lead IR workstreams for the IPO, including investor narrative, valuation positioning and roadshow materials, partnering with bankers, legal advisors and leadership. Design and drive a structured engagement model across institutional investors, analysts and rating agencies; lead earnings calls, investor meetings and roadshows. Track investor sentiment, analyst views, peer performance and valuation benchmarks, converting market feedback into actionable strategic insight for leadership.
