n• Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft next-gen UX/UI solutions
naligning user needs with technical feasibility

n• Conduct comprehensive user research, behavioral studies, and gap analysis to inform design strategy and uncover pain points

n• Align design efforts with a broad spectrum of design thinking principles — from empathy mapping to ideation and iterative prototyping

n• Design interactive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and user flows that reflect user intent and product purpos

n• Integrate multiple functional areas (backend logic, APIs, data visualization, etc.) into cohesive, intuitive UI structures

n• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect, backend-aligned implementations that enhance UX, not just UI
n

n• Create responsive, accessible, and scalable interfaces for mobile and web platforms
n

n• Continuously collect feedback and analyze usage patterns to optimize the product experience proactively

n• Stay at the forefront of AI-assisted design, interaction trends, and user behavior models

nRequirements:

n• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS environments
n

n• Proven ability to identify UX gaps, run structured usability tests, and translate insights into actionable improvements
n

n• Hands-on proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other cooperative design platforms
