nProvide day-to-day production support for iProc, PO, AP, CM, FA, and GL
n

nInvestigate and resolve user-reported issues related to system functionality, performance, and data integrity.
n

nCollaborate with functional users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions including reports, customizations, interfaces, and workflows (RICEW).
n

nSupport month-end/year-end activities and ensure timely resolution of financial close-related issues.
n

nCreate and maintain functional and technical documentation for changes and enhancements.
n

nTroubleshoot and debug PL/SQL packages, forms, and workflows.
n

nPerform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures for recurring issues.
n

nCoordinate with DBA, infrastructure teams, and Oracle Support (SRs) to resolve critical issues.
n

nWork on Oracle patches, upgrades, and testing cycles (e.g., UAT, regression testing).
n





nParticipate in system enhancements and minor projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
nRequired Skills and Qualifications:
n5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12, especially in iProcurement, Purchasing, AP, CM, FA, and GL modules.
n

nStrong understanding of P2P and financial business processes.
n

nHands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
n

nExperience in interfaces, conversions, extensions, and custom reports (RICEW).
n

nAbility to work directly with users to gather requirements and provide support.
n

nFamiliarity with Oracle AIM or OUM methodology is a plus.
n

nExperience with Oracle Support (SR) process and patch management.
n

nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.
