Role Description The Technical Consultant role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Prayagraj, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

The Technical

Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their supply chain and logistics processes, gather requirements, and configure Autoplant’s solutions to address operational challenges. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with internal product and engineering teams, and ensuring timely resolution of client queries.



The role also involves conducting solution demos, supporting pre-sales activities, preparing technical documentation, and training users to adopt and effectively use the platform.

The Technical

Consultant will help drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data, recommending enhancements, and contributing to successful implementations and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to conduct requirement analysis, design solutions, and guide clients through implementation and change management.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to handle configurations, investigate incidents, and resolve software or integration issues.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support pre-sales discussions, demonstrate product capabilities, and collaborate with the sales team on solution proposals.
- Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, SaaS, or enterprise software implementation is highly beneficial.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities, with aptitude for client-facing interactions and cross-functional teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with IoT, data analytics, or cloud-hosted platforms is an advantage.
