ETY is looking for a Technical Business Analyst cum Project Manager who sits at the intersection of Technology, Business, and Execution.

This is not a traditional Project Manager role.

We are looking for someone who understands how software is actually built, can dive deep into technical problems, understands business logic, can challenge assumptions, identify edge cases, coordinate teams, and most importantly — take complete ownership of getting things done.

? What You Will Be Responsible For

You will be responsible for taking a project from requirement → understanding → planning → development → testing → deployment → delivery.

You will work closely with developers, designers, QA, business teams, clients, and leadership to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Understand business requirements and convert them into explicit technical and functional requirements.
- Understand the complete SDLC and actively participate in every stage.
- Understand how applications and software systems are architected and developed.
- Have a strong understanding of databases, APIs, backend systems, frontend applications, integrations, authentication, data flow, and system architecture.
- Work closely with developers and understand what is being built — not just track whether someone is working on it.
- Break complex requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.
- Define priorities, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and ownership.
- Identify risks and blockers before they become problems.
- Understand business logic deeply and identify missing scenarios and edge cases.
- Challenge requirements when something doesn't make sense.
- Ask the right technical questions and push teams toward the right solutions.
- Coordinate developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Track deliverables with extreme attention to detail.
- Ensure commitments are actually delivered within the committed timeline.
- Conduct functional validation and ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Ensure releases are stable, tested, and production-ready.
- Maintain documentation, requirement specifications, task breakdowns, workflows, and project status.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.




- Take complete ownership of project execution from beginning to end.

- Question unclear or contradictory requirements.
