We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in analyzing and developing technical solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

- Analyze technical requirements and develop solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and execution.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and workflows.
- Provide support to end-users and assist in training on new systems.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
