About the Role

We're hiring a Tech Screening Specialist to join our Talent Center of Excellence (TCOE) and work directly with the TCOE Head. This is not a traditional recruiter role. You'll be trained to evaluate niche technology talent, understand client requirements, assess technical profiles, and develop strong hiring judgment.

Key Responsibilities

- Screen candidates for niche and specialized technology roles.
- Conduct initial technical screening calls.
- Analyze technical resumes and identify mandatory and preferred skills.
- Understand client requirements and create effective Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Evaluate candidates on technical capability, communication, learning ability, problem-solving, and personality fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and interview coordination.
- Provide structured screening feedback and hiring recommendations.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and hiring trends.

Educational Qualification

- Mandatory: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or related engineering discipline.
- Mandatory: BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications).
- Preferred: MCA, MBA with a technical background, or relevant technical certifications.
