Role Description The Team Leader Sales Real Estate role at Buybuzz Infra is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The person in this role will lead and supervise a sales team, set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to achieve revenue goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, conducting site visits, presenting suitable projects, and negotiating deals.

The role also involves ensuring high-quality customer service, training team members on sales processes and market trends, preparing sales reports,



and coordinating with management on strategy and promotions.

The Team

Qualifications

- Robust Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing in real estate or related sectors.
- Proven Team Management abilities to supervise, motivate, and develop a sales team toward achieving targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage client relationships effectively.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, assess property values, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
- Previous experience in real estate sales or property consulting, preferably in Gurgaon or NCR.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and projects, and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
