Mega Walk-In at TCS Noida hiring Financial Planning and Analysis and Regulatory Reporting
Role: Financial Planning and Analysis, and Regulatory Reporting

Eligibility:
•Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education ( 10 + 2 + 3 )
•CA, CFA, FRM, MBA Finance CA Inter, M.com, B.Com .
•Should be open for all shifts ( night shifts, rotational shifts…
•Candidates must have experience in banking sector for Reg reporting and Financial planning and Analysis
•Candidates must have experience in large data analysis and reporting in excel/power point.

Regulatory Reporting
1-Must Have Skills:
- Capital adequacy (Tier 1, CET1, RWA)
- liquidity ratios (LCR, NSFR)
- Perform capital adequacy analysis
- Regulatory submission formats & timelines
- Data aggregation for regulatory reporting
2-Good to Have
- CCAR / Capital planning / Stress testing
- Scenario modeling & stress testing (what-if analysis)
- Power BI / Tableau (regulatory dashboards)
- SQL / Python for data extraction & modeling
- Lead and oversee the delivery of regulatory reporting activities within a controlled, regulated financial services workplace. The role is responsible for ensuring completeness, accuracy, governance, and timely delivery of regulatory reporting outputs across Capital and/or Liquidity / IFRS Reporting / Credit Risk Reporting processes. company reporting covers regulatory submissions required under PRA supervision, including liquidity, capital, stress testing, and statistical returns.
- The role provides review, challenge, and oversight across reporting activities delivered through the offshore operating model, ensuring outputs are supported by robust controls, reconciliations, analytical review, and regulatory compliance.
