Position: Team Lead – Backend Developer Experience: 6–10+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: On-Site Department: Technology / Engineering About the Role We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Backend Developer to lead our backend team and build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Node.js, Express.js, Mongo DB, REST APIs, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage backend developers. Design and develop scalable backend applications and REST APIs.

Manage

Node.js, Express.js, Mongo DB, and microservices development. Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards. Handle system design, architecture, performance, and security. Collaborate with frontend, QA, Dev Ops, and product teams. Manage task allocation, project delivery, and technical issues. Implement authentication, authorization, Redis, and third-party integrations.



Support deployment and production troubleshooting.

Required

Skills6–10+ years of backend development experience. Strong experience in Node.js, Express.js, Java Script/Type Script, and Mongo DB. Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.

Experience with Redis, Git, AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, and Docker. Robust leadership, communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Experience in a product-based/Saa S company. Knowledge of Rabbit MQ/Kafka, Kubernetes, and system design.

Experience mentoring and managing development teams.

Education Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
