Star Bottles is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead – Marketing to lead marketing initiatives, manage customer relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships through effective CRM practices.
- Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
- Monitor customer feedback, requirements, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
- Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Support customer retention and improve overall customer experience.
- Guide and motivate team members to achieve assigned targets.
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, particularly in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing.
- Robust leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/marketing tools.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
