We’re looking for a Team Lead – Cybersecurity to join a growing team in Pune (SB Road).

? What You’ll Work On The role involves working across emerging cybersecurity areas including:

- SBOM – Software Bill of Materials
- CBOM – Cryptographic Bill of Materials
- QBOM – Quantum Bill of Materials
- AI-BOM – AI Bill of Materials
- HBOM – Hardware Bill of Materials

? Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical product demonstrations, workshops, and PoC sessions
- Engage with enterprise customers, security teams, architects, and CXO-level stakeholders
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Explain cybersecurity, vulnerability management, application security, and software supply chain risks
- Support customer onboarding, deployments, implementations, and post-sales technical engagements
- Prepare technical presentations, proposals, PoC plans, documentation, and customer reports




- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery teams
- Mentor junior team members and lead multiple customer engagements

?‍? What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity / Application Security / Product Engineering / Technical Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting

✅ Strong cybersecurity fundamentals

✅ Understanding of vulnerability management, application security, secure development, and software supply chain security

✅ Knowledge of cryptography fundamentals – Encryption, Hashing, Digital Signatures, Certificates, PKI, and Key Management

✅ Experience with enterprise technical demos, customer presentations, and PoCs

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Confidence interacting with technical and CXO-level audiences

✅ Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline
