Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Lead with strong technical, communication, and presentation skills.

The candidate will lead product demonstrations, customer engagements, Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions, and technical solution discussions for cybersecurity products. The role requires the ability to understand complex cybersecurity concepts and effectively communicate solutions to enterprise customers, security teams, architects, and CXO-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical product demonstrations, workshops, and PoC sessions for customers and partners.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during customer discussions, requirement gathering, and solution presentations.
- Develop a strong understanding of cybersecurity product areas, including:
- SBOM – Software Bill of Materials
- CBOM – Cryptographic Bill of Materials
- QBOM – Quantum Bill of Materials
- AI-BOM – AI Bill of Materials
- HBOM – Hardware Bill of Materials
- Explain cybersecurity concepts, software supply chain security risks, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into suitable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery teams.
- Support product deployments, customer onboarding, implementation, and post-sales technical engagements.
- Prepare technical documentation, presentations, proposals, PoC plans, and customer reports.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, cryptographic standards, software supply chain security, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Application Security, Product Engineering, Solution Consulting, Technical Pre-Sales, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Valuable knowledge of:




- Vulnerability Management
- Application Security

- Secure Development Practices
- Software Supply Chain Security
- High-level understanding of cryptography concepts, including:
- Encryption
- Hashing
- Digital Signatures
- Certificates
- PKI
- Key Management
- Prior experience in customer-facing product demonstrations and enterprise solution consulting.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with CXOs, security teams, architects, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new cybersecurity products and technologies.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Manage technical discussions with enterprise customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer engagements.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Drive customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
- Manage multiple customer engagements and PoCs simultaneously.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications will be an added advantage.
