Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- MBA/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field is preferred.

Experience

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, with proven experience in team handling and financial operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial operations.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, working capital management, and fund planning.
- Analyse financial performance, profitability, costs, revenues, and variances and provide actionable insights to management.




- Prepare, review, and present monthly MIS, financial reports, forecasts, and management dashboards.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable, including customer credit assessment, KYC, receivables ageing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate accounting, including fixed assets, loans, inventory, expenses, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Lead month-end and year-end closures, books review, and financial statement finalization.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, VAT, and applicable local, international, and EU tax regulations.
- Oversee statutory filings, audits, tax matters, and coordination with auditors, consultants, banks, and financial institutions.
- Manage banking operations, fund transfers, UK payments, and cross-border transactions while ensuring appropriate controls and documentation.
- Monitor costs and budgets, identify cost optimization opportunities, and strengthen financial and accounting controls.
- Evaluate investment, funding, and capital expenditure proposals and support management in financial decision-making.
- Oversee trade credit insurance, claims, customer disputes, and other financial risk-related matters.
- Drive improvements in internal controls, accounting processes, systems, and reporting practices.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and other functions to resolve financial and operational matters.
- Support legal and business documentation, including trademark registrations and other finance-related requirements.
- Identify financial and operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Lead, guide,



and develop the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring transparent ownership, performance, and timely completion of deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
- Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic assignments as required by management.
