Rathi Associates is looking for Project Interior Architect for its Interior vertical

Rathi Associates is a well-known firm in the field of Architecture and Interior design. Started in 1976, it has to its credit successful execution of more than 900 projects across many key cities in India. It is supported by a strong experienced team and undertakes projects both in the field of Architecture as well as Interior design in various segments including Residential, Commercial, Corporate and Hospitality.

Key responsibility included:

Lead and guide team of Interiors working on various projects to ensure successful and timely completion of the projects.

Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively with client and by working closely with the internal team and client’s team.

Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.

Ensure that all service coordination drawings & Good for construction drawings are checked & released on time for site execution

Profile:

Proven working experience in managing end to end execution of medium and large sized Interior projects.

Strong technical & leadership skills.

Proven track record in developing and leading a team of Architects & Interior Designers.

Excellent ability to multitask, work independently as well as a team.

Experience working on all aspects of projects, through all stages of work, from concept to completion.

Check and approve all Interior drawings from the points of view of technical completeness, clarity,



conformance with standards & site conditions dimensional accuracy and the correct specification of materials and processes.

Project execution, Site coordination, and co-ordination between clients, contractors, consultants and related agencies.

Take up individual responsibilities of project when called upon to do so and handle the project successfully till timely completion independently.

Good communication & presentation skills.

Min B. Arch / M. Arch

Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience of 10+ years of which minimum 3 years needs to be in a Leadership/Managerial role.

Role in Brief

Oversee assigned project in totality from inception to completion with responsibility of the project and juniors under them. Should handle project in totality with proper coordination with site and consultant. Reporting to team head should be seamless.

1. Complete responsibility for successful project delivery with a minimum of 3 large projects being handled at any point of time.
2. Quality assurance.
3. Team management and skill upgradation.
4. Client satisfaction.
5. Ensuring PER ratio.

Responsibilities/Activities

1. Manage post design, construction, and coordination with consultants and development detailed

drawings with technical consistency.
1. Mentor Junior team.
2. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
3. Lead client meetings and manage communication.
4. Ensure budget, schedule, and quality standards are met.

5. Ensure PER ratio

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
