Role Description The Tally Operator will manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally software, including recording vouchers, maintaining ledgers, and updating sales, purchase, and inventory records.

Responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, preparing GST and other statutory reports, and supporting periodic financial summaries for management.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams to verify billing details, tracking payments and receivables, and ensuring accurate documentation and filing of financial records.

The Tally

Operator will also assist in basic MIS reporting and help maintain compliance with company accounting policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Tally ERP or Tally Prime and basic to intermediate accounting knowledge.
- Experience in handling day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger posting, voucher entry, and bank reconciliation.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances relevant to small and medium enterprises.
- Good skills in MS Excel and other office productivity tools for reports and data management.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to maintain organized financial records.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with finance, operations, and sales teams.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or construction-related business is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, or a related field preferred.
