Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2 to 5 years of experience to manage full-lifecycle recruitment across both Engineering/Technology and Finance/Accounts functions. In this role, you will partner directly with engineering leads, finance managers, and executive leadership to source, evaluate, and secure top-tier talent for technical development, financial planning, accounting, and regulatory compliance roles.

Key Responsibilities Full-Lifecycle Sourcing & Recruiting

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions across technical teams (Software Engineers, Embedded/Firmware Developers, QA/Automation) and finance teams (Financial Analysts, Accountants, AP/AR Specialists, Tax & Audit Associates).
- Deploy targeted sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, professional finance networks, job portals, and niche talent communities.
- Conduct initial HR and operational phone screens to evaluate technical competency, accounting domain knowledge, cultural fit, and compensation expectations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design structured interview loops, technical coding challenges, and financial case studies or assessments.




- Candidate Management & Offer Execution
- Maintain pipeline integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking core recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and channel efficiency.
- Coordinate multi-stage panel interviews and lead post-interview calibration sessions with technical leads and finance controllers.
- Formulate, negotiate, and close competitive compensation packages aligned with market standards for engineering and corporate finance profiles.
- Ensure a seamless pre-onboarding experience, background verification (BGV) completion, and smooth handoff to HR operations.

Qualifications & Requirements Education

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of proven recruitment experience managing a blended portfolio of technical and corporate/finance roles, gained either in-house or via agency.

Domain Knowledge

- Technical: Familiarity with standard technology stacks, programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python), embedded platforms, cloud infrastructure, and engineering workflows.
- Finance/Accounts: Understanding of core accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), financial modeling concepts, taxation/audit lifecycles, and common ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Tools & Platforms
- Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub talent search, technical assessment platforms, and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g:Zoho Platform).
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite.
