Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for the organization. This role includes understanding workforce needs, creating role profiles, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

Day-to-day tasks also involve maintaining recruitment pipelines, supporting employer branding initiatives, collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess talent, facilitate selection, and support fair, structured decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to promote the organization’s value proposition and enhance talent attraction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and professional networking tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines in a quick-paced environment.
- Prior experience in technical or infrastructure-focused hiring is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
