Your Role: Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting top talent, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and implementing initiatives that support employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Develop talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and support the integration of new hires.
- Monitor probation periods and support employee retention initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment and retention KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct exit interviews and identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement programs.

What We’re Looking For





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Occupational Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, HR systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyze HR data and generate reports.
- Fluency in French and English.
