Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify the most qualified candidates.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in technical recruitment or corporate recruitment.

- Robust understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and skillsets required for different roles.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and candidate engagement.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
