Roles and Responsibilities:

- Own technical support and administration for Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange environments.
- Design, configure, and automate messaging platform changes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Support mail flow, routing, transport rules, connectors, and message trace analysis.
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents across enterprise messaging and email security scenarios.
- Participate in Exchange migration and coexistence activities from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365.

Experience:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 Exchange or enterprise messaging administration.




- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Exchange Online in enterprise environments.
- Deep working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server SE and Hybrid Exchange architecture.
- Proven ability to manage mail flow, SMTP routing, connectors, transport rules, MX records, and message trace.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting experience for automation, reporting, and operational administration.

Valuable to Have:

- Experience with migration from on-premises messaging platforms to Exchange Online.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
