Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced

Techno-Functional Consultant (Oracle Fusion HCM / Payroll)

to join our Enterprise Systems team in

Chennai . In this role, you will lead and support the implementation, customization, and post-go-live maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules across our Middle East and India operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end techno-functional implementation, configuration, and support for

Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll

modules.
Manage key functional areas including Core HR (People & Assignment), Costing,



Absence Management, Payroll, Performance Management, Time & Labor, L&D;, and Recruiting.
Handle post-go-live support, issue resolution, enhancement requests, and system optimizations.
Ensure strict compliance with regional payroll legislations across

UAE, KSA, and India .
Interface with cross-functional business stakeholders, finance teams, and external consulting partners to deliver seamless ERP integrations.
Key Requirements (Must-Haves)
Experience:

5–7 years

of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM / Payroll implementations with at least

2–3 full lifecycle implementation projects

completed.
Post-Implementation Support:

Minimum

2–3 years

of hands-on experience in post-Go-Live application support.
