nWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Associate (BDA) with a proven track record in selling software products and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

nKey Responsibilities

- Client Identification & Research: Identify and research potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and market intelligence.n
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-ups.n
- Lead Generation & Sales Closure: Generate qualified leads, conduct product presentations, prepare customized proposals, negotiate with clients, close deals successfully, and consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.n
- Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and customer needs to identify recent business opportunities and support strategic planning.n
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business goals and regularly report on sales performance and pipeline status.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in software/ERP/ AI solutions)n
- Strong research, communication, and CRM management skillsn
- Proven ability in lead generation and sales conversionn
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsn
- Good understanding of ERP systems and enterprise software solutionsn
