nWe are looking for a Cantonese Language Specialist with strong verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English.
n
nKey Responsibilities:
n
nProvide language support in Cantonese for business operations, customers, or internal teams.
nTranslate and interpret content between Cantonese and English.
nHandle customer/client communication through calls, emails, chats, or other communication channels.
nReview and ensure the accuracy of translated documents and communications.
nCoordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide language support.
nUnderstand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely responses.
nMaintain quality standards and follow defined processes.
n
nExp : 3-8 yrs
nLocation : Bengaluru
n
nRequired Skills:
n
nproficiency in Cantonese.




nGood command of English, both written and verbal.
nKnowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
nExperience in translation, interpretation, customer support, or language specialist roles is preferred.
nAbility to work in a fast-paced workplace and collaborate with global teams.

nPreferred:
nCandidates with experience supporting Hong Kong/APAC customers or stakeholders will be an added advantage.
