- Take full ownership of tasks and execute them autonomously from day one.n
- Lead end-to-end Oracle to PostgreSQL database and cloud migrations.n
- Collaborate with and mentor junior developers , helping them unblock technical hurdles.n
- Work in a fast-paced environment on a high-priority, live project.n

nWhat We’re Looking For

- n
- Must-Have: Extensive, hands-on experience in migrating databases from Oracle to PostgreSQL and Cloud (this is essential—we need deep migration expertise over pure coding).n
- Robust conceptual and practical knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and cloud deployment.n
- Ability to work effectively in a 50% hybrid model .n
