nWe are seeking a seasoned and visionary Head of Engineering to lead and scale our technology organization at Crimson. You will own the full engineering charter from architecture and delivery to team building and cultural excellence. Working directly with the CEO and cross-functional leadership, you will be the technical backbone of Enago and Crimson's product ecosystem, ensuring that our platform remains world-class in quality, scalability, and innovation.
nThis is a highly impactful senior leadership role for someone who combines deep technical credibility with robust people leadership and a product-centric mindset.

nKey responsibilities:

- Develop, execute and communicate technology strategy and vision with the management, business stakeholders and the teamn
- Lead strategic planning and prioritization exercise across different functions, resulting in visible milestones and delivery timelinesn
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of architects,



leads, engineers and testersn
- Establish transparent risk and governance processesn
- Ensure security of organization and clients’ data and confidential informationn
- Work closely with architects, leads, engineers and DevOps in establishing standard development and best practices, validate development approach and assumptions that underlie the project and sprint plansn
- Build a performance-driven culture and drive it consistentlyn

nRequired Skills:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Information technologyn
- Excellent communication skilln
- Knowledge of technological trends in the software development industryn
- Experience in AI based transformation, automationn
- Hands on experience in working on engineering projects built on Microsoft and Opensource Technologies, AWS cloud a mustn
- Deep understanding of logical database design and development, especially in M
