Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Lead BIM Coordinator - ACS

with a minimum of

5+ years

of professional experience to lead project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

client coordination ,

internal team management ,

reviewing project deliverables ,

QA/QC oversight , and

ensuring timely project delivery . The role requires robust technical expertise across

Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines , a proactive and professional approach to

training ,

BIM implementation , and

client interactions .

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and P&L; objectives.
Monitor and review project leads’ updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.
Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards,



codes, guidelines, and regulations.
Coordinate with the Singapore office, clients, and consultants for BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables.
Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for new hires.
Develop, manage, and optimize

Dynamo

scripts, while training team members in their usage.
Manage modelling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.
Demonstrate experience in applying BIM across all disciplines and project domains.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in

Architecture

from an accredited institution.
Minimum

5+ years

of hands-on experience in the

BIM industry .
High proficiency with

Revit ,

Navisworks , and

BIM 360
