nThe Role
n"A concept-to-completion role" You own the full process — from ambiguous brief to shipped, validated product. You drive HMW sessions, synthesize Affinity Maps, apply AI-First thinking at the brief stage, and challenge every assumption with JTBD before opening Figma. You lead, not execute. Drive HMW sessions — don't attend them. Synthesis Affinity Maps from raw research. Apply AI-First thinking at the brief stage — not after wire-frames.
