Job Description

Role: System Administrator Location: Vadodara Experience: 4–6 Years Work Taming 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Key Responsibilities Cloud & Infrastructure Manage Microsoft 365 (users, access, security policies) Handle AWS infrastructure (EC2, IAM, monitoring) Maintain server workplace (Windows/Linux) Security & Compliance Configure and manage SonicWall firewall & VPN Monitor logs (M365, AWS, servers) and respond to incidents Manage endpoint security (Trend Micro or similar) Implement MFA, access control, and user lifecycle Perform backup, patching, and disaster recovery Support ISO 27001 compliance, audits, and documentation Identity & Access Management Manage user lifecycle (Joiner-Move-Leave process)



Enforce Role-Based Access Control Communication Systems Manage VoIP systems, Pivo, and Twilio Troubleshoot call flow and telephony-related issues Must-Have Skills Required Skills Microsoft 365 Administration AWS fundamentals (EC2, IAM) Networking (Firewall, VPN, NAT) Security tools & incident handling Basic scripting (PowerShell/Bash) Preferred ISO 27001 exposure. Experience with SIEM/log monitoring tools. Experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus. VoIP / Twilio knowledge. Relevant certifications (AWS, Microsoft, Security).
