- Provide technical support for the RMS platform• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues• Collaborate with Engineering & QA teams• Track and document support tickets• Assist users with training and guidance• Ensure timely and effective issue resolution Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field• Experience in software/product support• Knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting• Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Selenium, etc.
